July Lookahead

• Phase 1 construction will continue.
• Steel erection and slab pouring will continue.
• Stormwater management system installation and maintenance will continue.
• MEP excavation and coordination for site utilities will continue.

Past Month's Accomplishments 

• Area E foundations were completed.
• Area E and F slab on grab pours were completed.
• Construction of areas B and F CMU masonry walls began.
• Washington Gas Service, PEPCO, Verizon, and Comcast Service activities activities are ongoing.

May Lookahead

• Area D plumbing pipe excavation was completed.
• Areas A, C, and D below grade MEPs to be completed.
• Cranes 1 and 2 erection to be completed.
• Areas A, B, C, D, and F foundations and slab on grab pours to begin.
• Structure (steel erection, elevated deck pours) to begin.
• Construction of areas B and F CMU masonry walls to continue.
• Area F steel erection to continue.
• Unsuitable soil exposure to be completed.
• Area A building pad backfill to be completed.

Past Month's Accomplishments

• Installation of switchgear, duct bank, and vault from transformer area was completed.
• Setting of transformer pad and transformer was completed.
• A revised permit was formally issued, providing approval to proceed with the building pad, foundations, and under-slab utilities installation work only.
• The masonry work for the foundation and stair towers has begun.
• Pulling of cables for transformers and telecom lines has begun.

February Lookahead

• Pulling of cables for transformers will be completed.
• Energizing power (Pepco) will be completed.
• Foundations and under-slab utilities will be completed.
• Building pad installation will be substantially completed.
• Grading of the site to final subgrade will be completed.
• The gas line installation along the site's East side will begin.
• Pulling of telecom lines will continue.

Past Month's Accomplishments

• Moving of the Imani Temple sanitary line was completed.
• A temporary screen and fence were installed.
• Sediment basin A was completed.
• Boilers, chiller, and partial AHUs were delivered.
• The release of the switchgear was completed. 

November Lookahead

• A fine grade permit is expected.
• Building pad and foundation installation will be completed.
• Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work will be completed to support foundation work.
• Masonry work for the foundation and stair towers will be completed.
