TAG - EGATE (Excellence in Gifted and Talented Education)

At Maya Angelou French Immersion School (MAFI), we are committed to recognizing and nurturing the unique talents and abilities of every scholar. Students who are identified for the Talented and Gifted (TAG) Program receive differentiated instruction within their regular classroom, where teachers provide appropriately challenging learning experiences designed to extend critical thinking, creativity, problem-solving, and academic growth.

Our classroom teachers intentionally incorporate enrichment opportunities, advanced learning strategies, and rigorous instruction to ensure TAG-identified scholars are engaged, challenged, and supported while learning alongside their peers. Through our French Immersion program and a culture of academic excellence, MAFI empowers gifted learners to reach their highest potential as confident, globally minded leaders.
