Health & Physical Education

"If you think you can or you think you can't, you're right." ~Henry Ford

Why physical education? Children require physical activity. Regular exercise contributes to cardiovascular health and promotes muscle and bone development. Schools provide physical education programs to ensure that children stay active and learn the fundamentals of a healthful lifestyle, the building blocks upon which they can evolve into robust, knowledgeable adults.
