I am proud to say that I am a senior at Charles Herbert Flowers High School and Sophomore at Prince George’s Community College. At the beginning of last year, Covid had left it’s mark and a bad one. At this time, I was starting my dual enrollment courses and due to Covid, everything had slowed down, as a result, I was only able to take 2 courses in Fall 2022. My goal was always to graduate with an Associates Degree and High School Diploma at the same time, but at that time it seemed nearly impossible. I ended 2022 with only 15 credits so I had to find a way to get 45 credits, and I did. I was determined and never gave up and now I am reaching the end of my goal. After I graduate I plan to transfer all my credits to UMGC where I will then complete the remaining 2 years for my bachelors degree and then I will transition to law school with the hope of one day becoming a Criminal Defense Attorney
