Grants Management

Through grant monitoring and oversight, SPRM helps the system build capacity and ensure program compliance through post-award implementation orientation meetings, compliance workshops, project monitoring (i.e., on-site, phone/email, and desk review), required reporting, and grant close-out).

Further, Grants Management technical support provides guidance and information to program staff in effectively managing State and Federal grants, Foundation Awards, and Cooperative and Contractual Agreements.

In addition to the services mentioned above, the grants team uses a variety of grants management tools and activities to support enhanced execution for effectively managing grant awards including:

Grant Report Review:	Supports the submission of grant reports before submission to the funding organization.
Plan for Success Site Visits:	Provides technical support on grants management processes and protocol.
Chat N Chew Sessions:	Utilizes an informal 1-hour training format to share specific information on grants management.
Grants Management Toolkit:	Highlights internal processes and procedures for enhanced management of PGCPS-awarded grants through a user friendly grants management guide.
