Arrival and Dismissal

Arrival

• Student Drop Off Zone on Underwood Street near the entrance of the bus lane (AM Duty 7:20 a.m.-7:40 a.m.)
• Student Drop Off Zone on Queens Chapel Rd.- (AM Duty 7:20 a.m.-7:40 a.m.)
• At 7:30 a.m. students will enter the building
• PreK  
• Ms. Allwine’s class will enter through the front door (#23)
• Ms. Prout’s class will enter through her exterior classroom door (#22)
• Mr. Richard’s class will enter through his exterior classroom door (#24)
• K- Enter through the exterior door of the kindergarten wing (#21)
• 1st - Enter through the front door (#1)
• 2nd - Enter through the front door (#1)
• Grades 3-5- line up on the blacktop 
•  Grades 3-4 enter through the door by the 4th-grade hallway (#16)
• Grade 5 will enter through the fence to enter the temporary classrooms

• After 7:45 a.m. the 4th grade hall exterior doors(#16) will be closed and locked and all students must enter the building through the front door to receive a tardy pass before going to class.

Dismissal

• Afternoon announcements at 1:30 p.m.
• First bus called after 1:35 p.m.
• Bus riders exit through the main door by the front office
• Walkers dismissed at 1:40 p.m.
• Walkers exit the building using the following exits:
• Pre-K
• Prout-Exit through the exterior door of the classroom (#22)
• Allwine-Exit through the exterior door of the Pre-K wing (#23)
• Richards-Exit through the exterior door of the classroom (#24)

• K- Exit through exterior doors in their wing (#21)
• 1st, 2nd, Shaner - Exit by Ms. Feng’s classroom (#20)
• Smith, Althoff, and grade 4- Exit through the door near grade 4 (#16)
• Grade 5- Exit through the gate to the blacktop

All exits have a sign on the door to aid parents with student pickup.
