Uniform Policy

School uniforms offer a positive and creative method for increasing school safety, reducing discipline problems and enhancing the learning environment. Rogers Heights Elementary School is a Mandatory Uniform School and all students are required to follow the uniform policy.

For bus stop safety, all pre-K and Kindergarten students must wear light yellow-collared shirts; the bottoms will remain navy blue. NEW SHOE COLOR  POLICY FOR ALL STUDENTS. Shoe colors permitted are all BLACK, all NAVY BLUE OR all WHITE OR ANY COMBINATION OF THESE THREE COLORS ONLY.

Students are not allowed to have any form of holes, graffiti writing on their uniform pants or shirt. Wearing any form of make-up (cosmetics) is, also, prohibited.
