In an effort to provide a standardized Absence Reason Notification for all PGCPS schools, and to make submission and collection of documentation for student absences easier, this form has been created for all schools to use. This form will serve as the official means of parent/guardian notifications for student absences. Schools may still receive and process handwritten and/or doctor’s notes as well.
