Greetings, EE Just Middle School Family!
My name is Dr. Tracy M. Butler, and it is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that I introduce myself as the new 7th-grade assistant principal at Ernest Everett Just Middle School. I am elated to join such an esteemed and well-respected school community and to become part of the village committed to nurturing the growth and success of our students.
With over 14 years of experience in education, I bring a deep passion for learning and leadership. Throughout my career, I have remained committed to fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment—one where students feel safe, empowered, and equipped to achieve academic excellence and develop personal responsibility.
As the assistant principal for the seventh grade, my top priority is to promote a school culture centered on student well-being, safety, and success. I believe every child possesses unique strengths and talents, and it is my mission to help cultivate those qualities through engaging instruction, meaningful relationships, and consistent support. I also understand that strong communication and collaboration between school and home are essential to student growth.
In the coming weeks, I look forward to meeting our students, families, and staff, and to listening and learning from your experiences and aspirations for our school. I am committed to building strong relationships, supporting our educators, and partnering with families and the community to ensure every student has the tools and opportunities to thrive.
I am honored to embark on this new journey with you and look forward to all that we will accomplish together.
Warm regards,
Dr. Tracy M. Butler
