Assistant Principal's Welcome Letter

Dear Bradbury Heights Elementary School Families and Community,

It is with great excitement and a deep sense of responsibility that I introduce myself as your new Assistant Principal. I am honored to join a community that is so clearly dedicated to the growth and success of every child.

In joining this leadership team, I have spent significant time reflecting on our shared purpose. The mission of Bradbury Heights Elementary School is to provide students with the knowledge to become capable, productive members of a global world. This goal is the "North Star" that will guide my decision-making and my daily interactions with your children.

To achieve this, I am committed to upholding the environment we have promised our families: an atmosphere that is safe, nurturing, and supportive in which our students can grow academically, socially, and emotionally. I believe that when a child feels seen, heard, and safe, there is no limit to what they can achieve in the classroom and beyond.

I also know that this work cannot be done in isolation. Our mission explicitly states that by working collaboratively with parents and the community, we will share in assisting our students in realizing their full potential. I view you as an essential partner in this journey. My door is always open, and I look forward to hearing your stories, your hopes for your children, and your ideas for how we can continue to make Bradbury Heights a place of excellence.
