Registration Information
Please read information about the registration process and required documentation below.
Registration Process
Registration takes place daily between 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m
Only a parent or legal guardian can register a child. If registering as a legal guardian please bring documentation. Also please bring:
- Proof of residency ( lease, deed, contract agreement, mortgage statement)
- Current utility bills with name and address ( electric, gas, phone, cable)
- Long version of the students birth certificate (must list parents names)
- Current vaccination record, click here for current requirements
- Last report card from previous school
- Documentation addressing any special needs of the student ( IEP, 504)
- Social Security card (not mandatory)
