About Dr. Kristi Murphy Baldwin
Dr. Kristi Murphy Baldwin is the Chief of Human Resources for Prince George’s County Public Schools. In this role, she oversees the following areas: Human Resources Operations & Staffing, Employee Performance, Professional Learning & Leadership, Equity & Excellence, and Employee & Labor Relations. Dr. Baldwin previously served as Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources for Arlington Public Schools where she oversaw Benefits & Payroll, Employee Relations, Recruitment and Hiring. She also served as Director of Special Education and held other roles throughout her career in Arlington.
