2025 Form W-2 Availability
2025 Form W-2s now are available for immediate download by active employees through Oracle Employee Self-Service. To access your W-2 form online, sign in to Oracle Employee Self-Service from a PGCPS building, parking lot, or use VPN access. Once logged in, select "Employee W-2."
Please note that W-2 forms cannot be accessed through Oracle Employee Self-Service Limited.
Employees without VPN access, those with incorrect addresses in Oracle, or former employees can request a W-2 reprint beginning February 20, 2026. To request a reprint, submit the W-2 Reprint Request Form (Electronic Form) or complete the W-2 Reprint Request Form (PDF) and email it to payroll.taxesw2s@pgcps.org.
Annual Tax Exemption Renewal Requirement
Employees who claim exemption from federal and/or state tax withholding must submit a new W-4 form (and/or applicable state form) each year by February 15.
To maintain your exempt status for the current calendar year, please update your federal and/or state tax forms in Oracle Employee Self-Service no later than February 15. If updated forms are not submitted by this deadline, your tax withholding will automatically default to Single with zero allowances (Single 0).
Important: Forms submitted on or after February 16 will apply only to future wages. Any taxes already withheld cannot be refunded.
