Dr. Douglas A. Strader, Chief Accountability Officer
About Dr. Strader
Dr. Strader has more than 20 years of experience in education with an emphasis on research, assessment and accountability. Dr. Strader previously worked as Director of State Assessments and Planning and Chief of Education Accountability for the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) where he successfully managed a $50 million annual budget. Prior to his work with MSDE, Dr. Strader served as Assistant Supervisor for Accountability, an assistant principal, department chair and teacher in Harford County Public Schools.
