Monitoring and Accountability

The Office of Monitoring and Accountability defines, stewards, and champions the district's accountability and school performance processes. The office monitors student performance, systemic outcomes, and organizational indicators to support informed instructional and operational decision-making. M&A establishes structures that promote shared responsibility for results across schools and central offices. Through disciplined data practices, continuous monitoring, organizational learning, collaboration, and knowledge sharing, the office strengthens the district's ability to identify areas of need, evaluate progress, improve operational effectiveness, and support improved outcomes for all students.
