Fresh Start: Building Success Together

Welcome back, PGCPS family! Superintendent House shares a message to kick off 2025, focusing on the collective effort needed to support student success.

How Will Snow Days Impact the School Year?

PGCPS has been closed for four days this school year due to inclement weather. The 2024-25 School Calendar includes three built-in make-up days scheduled for June 16, 17, and 18. Additionally, February 14 and March 17 are noted as potential make-up dates. Families will be informed of any calendar adjustments as soon as decisions are made.

Review our weather protocols to learn more about how and why decisions are made to close or delay school.
