Replacement of the old Cherokee Lane Elementary School with a new 95,000 sf modular school building. The building will be on a new site next to the current Buck Lodge Middle School.

The close-out punch list will be completed. Close-out documentation will be reviewed by the project manager and design team. Final acceptance of site permanent use and occupancy will be obtained. The balance of the fixed furniture and equipment will be acquired.
