Innovation Incubator

The Strategic Planning Innovation Incubator is a dynamic initiative designed to spark creativity and innovation among PGCPS staff. It empowers employees to submit proposals aligned with the district’s Strategic Plan focus areas and/or Blueprint pillars. By embracing a disruptive innovation mindset and through collaboration, mentorship, and ongoing feedback, the Incubator supports staff in turning ideas into practical solutions that enhance the educational experience for PGCPS students and staff.

Innovators are expected to plant SEEDS of excellence across PGCPS to drive meaningful impact across our schools and offices.
