Innovation-Incubator-Symposium-Showcase-group

The Strategic Planning Innovation Incubator is a dynamic initiative designed to spark creativity and innovation among PGCPS staff. It empowers employees to submit proposals aligned with the district's Strategic Plan focus areas and/or Blueprint pillars. By embracing a disruptive innovation mindset and through collaboration, mentorship, and ongoing feedback, the Incubator supports staff in turning ideas into practical solutions that enhance the educational experience for PGCPS students and staff.

How does it work?

PGCPS staff will submit a brief proposal outlining their innovative idea. After proposals are selected, innovators are expected to attend a virtual orientation session, virtual learning sessions, in-person innovation hours, and an in-person Showcase Day. All innovators will be matched with a mentor to support them throughout their innovation journey, with at least 3 check-ins required. Participants are expected to commit to the program for approximately 8 months and attend about 7 sessions, both virtually and in person.
