At Parkdale High School, all students wishing to park on campus are required to complete a parking application. All applicants must possess at least a provisional driver's license; learner permits are not accepted. Upon approval of the application, students will be issued a hanging decal, which must be displayed from the rearview mirror or dashboard and be visible at all times while the vehicle is parked on campus. Additionally, vehicles with dark-tinted windows that prevent visibility inside will not be permitted on campus. Failure to display an approved hanging decal may result in ticketing and towing of the vehicle at the owner's expense. All vehicles must be inspected by School Security for safety reasons before the proper parking decal is issued for the school year. Additionally, administrators must approve drivers before issuing decals. If any student driver is stopped for speeding on campus or not following proper protocol from staff, they will lose their parking privileges. Please see your grade level administrator for a parking application during the following times: Immediately before 1st period or during lunch.
