Ms. Spivey White’s career in education began long before she entered college. From the time she was a little girl, she would line up her dolls in a row and pretend that they were students in her classroom. She soon discovered that she loved teaching and impacting the lives of children. Her deep love for learning led her to a career in education. In 1992, she was recruited to teach in Prince George’s County Public Schools as a Montessori Teacher. After serving as a classroom teacher for several years, she has held various leadership positions. She has served as a mentor teacher, reading specialist, program coordinator, middle school administrator and a regional instructional specialist for Imagine Schools of Prince George's County. Ms. Spivey White received a BA degree in History Education from North Carolina Central University, Montessori Credential from North Carolina Center for Montessori Teacher Education and a MSA degree in Educational Leadership from Trinity University.
Ms. Spivey White is a compassionate educator with a natural gift for inspiring others. She joined the Judith P.
