Grade Appeals

The window for submitting grade appeals for Quarter 3 is May 11, 2026 – May 15, 2026. If you are requesting a grade appeal, you must complete all of the following steps for each course:

  1. Complete the Grade Appeal Form.

  2. Email the completed form to the teacher.

  3. Email the same form to the school counselor.

  4. Upload the form using this Google Form. 

Important Note for Seniors: For seniors only, if you have a grade appeal for your fourth quarter classes, you must also submit that appeal during this same window (May 11–May 15).

Please note: Appeals will not be processed unless all steps are completed. If you're submitting multiple appeals, a separate form and set of steps are required for each.
