The window for submitting grade appeals for Quarter 3 is May 1, 2025–May 7, 2025. If you are requesting a grade appeal, you must complete all of the following steps for each course:
Complete the Grade Appeal Form.
Email the completed form to the teacher.
Email the same form to the school counselor.
Upload the form using this Google Form.
Please note: Appeals will not be processed unless all steps are completed. If you're submitting multiple appeals, a separate form and set of steps are required for each.
