Positive Outlook Club

The Positive Outlook Mental Health club strives to promote positive social and emotional wellbeing for students at Frederick Douglass High School through creating intentional space for practice mindfulness and school-wide stress relief programming. It is our hope to eliminate stigma surrounding mental health and engage the Eagle community in better mental health practices. The space will adhere to strict community norms that protect a safe space for students to lead and develop positive mental health practices.
