An IB Ambassador at Frederick Douglass High School is committed to being a
knowledgeable, effective communicator who serves all communities, local and global, in an open-minded, caring, and principled manner, while striving to create a better and more peaceful world.
IB Ambassadors sponsor school-wide community service projects to help foster an altruistic culture and add to the spirit of togetherness at Frederick Douglass High School. IB Ambassadors also serve as hosts for special events and guests.

An IB Ambassador at Frederick Douglass High School:
- Consistently strives to fulfill the IB Ambassador Mission.
- Exemplifies the IB Learner Profile.
- Strives for academic excellence.
- Completes the IB Middle Years Program.
- Attends meetings and serves admirably in areas of interests and opportunities.
