About PBIS

PBIS stands for Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports.  We are very excited to be implementing exciting and fun incentives to encourage everyone at CHES to SOAR! There are over 70 schools in Prince George's County that are currently implementing PBIS. Learn more about PBIS on pbis.org.

Below you will find our Eagle "Eggspectations." These are descriptors of expected behaviors in specific locations in our school.

Safe

In the Classroom

• Follow all directions | Seguir todas las direcciones.
• Use materials and equipment as intended. | Usar todos los materiales y equipo necesarios.
• Keep the chair on the floor. | Mantener la silla como la encuentra.
• Walk. | Caminar.

In the Hallways

• Walk on the second whole tile from the wall. | Caminar en el Segundo mosaic del pasillo.
• Keep hands and feet to yourself. | Mantenga las manos y los pies para usted.
• Follow all directions. | Seguir direcciones.

In the Cafeteria

• Walk. | Caminar.
• Clean up after yourself. | Limpiar cuando termina.
