Saludos, familias de la Escuela Intermedia Buck Lodge

د بک لاج منځني ښوونځي درنو کورنیو!

Greetings Buck Lodge Middle School Families,

Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year! I look forward to working with our new and returning students and families as we continue building on the strong foundation already established at Buck Lodge Middle School. Together, we will continue striving for academic excellence while fostering an inclusive, supportive school community where every student can thrive. I hope you and your family have had a safe, restful, and enjoyable summer.

As we prepare for another exciting school year, I would like to share a few important reminders and key dates to help ensure a smooth start. Students will continue to follow an A-Day/B-Day schedule with six classes each day and one 30-minute lunch period.

New for the 2026–2027 school year: Prince George’s County Public Schools has extended the instructional day by five minutes. This additional instructional time will help offset days lost due to inclement weather and reduce the need to make up missed instructional days later in the school year.
