Who We Are

The International Student Admissions and Enrollment Office is a part of the Student Services Department in Prince George's County Public Schools, Maryland. The office works collaboratively with the Prince George's County Public School's Office of School Counseling, the English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) Office, and the Office of Interpreting and Translation (OIT) and also assists school system personnel working with international (culturally and linguistically diverse) students. 

The VISION of the International Student Admissions and Enrollment Office is for all students and their families to receive equitable, appropriate, culturally sensitive services that empower them to meet academic, social, and career goals in their schools and community.

The MISSION of the International Student Admissions and Enrollment Office is to promote the academic achievement, encourage the social/emotional development, and support the college and career readiness of all English Language Learner and international students in Prince George's County Public Schools.

Registration and Enrollment Information

You may do either in-person registration (by appointment) or online registration (through Scribbles) for new international students. 

This registration is for:  students entering grades 1 - 12 who:

• Were born outside the United States.
• Have a home language that is not English (as indicated by the home language survey on the PA-14 form or on Scribbles) OR
• Have most recently studied in a school outside the United States.

Option 2:  For online registration: Parents may also complete their registrations through ScribEnroll.  Here is a link to the online registration system called Scribbles:  https://pgcpsmdc.scriborder.com/

Puede realizar el registro en persona (con cita previa) o el registro en línea (a través de Scribbles) para nuevos estudiantes internacionales.

• Esta matricula es para:  Estudiantes ingresando a los grados 1 - 12 que: 
• Nacieron fuera de los Estados Unidos.
• Tienen un idioma en el hogar que no sea inglés (como lo indica la encuesta de idioma del hogar en el formulario PA-14 o en Scribbles)

Han estudiado más recientemente en una escuela fuera de los Estados Unidos.
