The Spanish Immersion program is a program where students learn the same curriculum as Prince George's County Public School in Spanish. All subjects such as: Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, Health, Social Studies are totally in Spanish.
Also, special classes such as: Art, Music, Physical Education, Media and Technology are also taught in Spanish. Students must start in the program from Kindergarten in order to build the language foundation to be used in the following grades. In second grade they begin to receive one hour of English Language Arts instruction daily.

Coding and basic knowledge in robotics, coding and EDP Process.
Students will enhance their conceptual understanding of basic math skills and develop different strategies to show understanding of mathematical concepts.
Students will paint on canvas.
Students will learn the basics of ASL.
Students will learn the importance of how to keep their body active and healthy.
Students know the importance of working and maintaining a green environment. We will develop planting and cultivation projects. We will know various cultivation techniques.
Students will develop writing, leadership and creative skills by creating a school newsletter.
Students will research information, learn brainstorming techniques, journalism, voice training, and strengthen their writing skills and vocabulary.
Students will enrich their vocabulary through reading and writing.
