Scholars are required to follow the Uniform Policy EVERYDAY.

NON-COMPLIANCE WITH UNIFORM POLICY
Judge Sylvania Woods Elementary School is a mandatory uniform school. The uniform policy will be implemented in accordance with the Prince George’s County Public Schools Mandatory uniform policy and the guidelines will follow the System-wide Student Dress Code, Administrative Procedure 5152.
- Warning Letters will be given to scholars prior to the violation process.
- First Violation: The scholar’s teacher will contact the parents/guardians and notify the principal that a violation has occurred.
- Second Violation: The teacher refers the scholar to the principal or designee who contacts the parent/guardian by telephone or in writing of the second violation.
- Third or Repeated Violations: Scholar will be deemed insubordinate adhering to the consequences such as detention, team conference or scholar is removed from class for a half or full day and complete assignments .
*School-wide celebrations, incentives and positive reinforcement measures will be taken to encourage full compliance of the uniform policy.
OUT OF UNIFORM DAYS: Parents and scholars will be notified when out of uniform days are granted. All clothing must be appropriate for the school environment.

EL INCUMPLIMIENTO DE LA POLÍTICA UNIFORME
Judge Sylvania Woods Elementary School es una escuela uniforme obligatoria. Se implementará la política uniforme de acuerdo con la política del uniforme obligatorio de las Escuelas Públicas del Condado de Prince George y lo seguirá de la regla de Vestimenta de todo el Sistema Alumno, 5152 de Procedimiento Administrativo.
- Cartas de aviso serán dadas a eruditos antes del proceso de violación.
- Primera Violación : El maetsro del erudito se pondrá en contacto con los padres/guardas y notificará al principal que una violación ha ocurrido.
- Segunda Violación : El maestro manda al erudito al principal o persona designada quién se pone en contacto con el padre/guarda por teléfono o en la escritura de la segunda violación.
- Violaciones Terceras o Repetidas : El erudito será juzgado la adhesión insubordinada a las consecuencias como la detención, la conferencia de equipo o el erudito son quitados de la clase para medio día o lleno y asignaciones completas.
*Se tendrán celebraciones escolares, incentivos y medidas de refuerzo positivo para fomentar el pleno cumplimiento de la política uniforme.
DÍAS SIN UNIFORME : Los padres y los eruditos serán notificados cuando de días uniformes son concedido. Toda la ropa debe ser apropiada para el ambiente escolar.
