The Student Support Network (SSN) connects high school students and families with school professionals who are ready to help when challenges arise. Our goal is to ensure every student has the support they need to be healthy, engaged, and successful in school.
Students may need support for a variety of reasons, including academics, attendance, behavior, health, or personal concerns. The Student Support Network brings together a team of professionals, such as school counselors, social workers, psychologists, nurses, other support staff, and community partners, who work together to identify needs and connect students with helpful resources.
Students, families, or staff can request support if they are concerned about a student. Once a request is submitted, a member of the Student Support Network will review the concern and follow up within 2–4 business
days.
The Student Support Network ensures that students and families have a clear pathway to support when they need it most.
