  2. II. INFORMATION: On March 25, 2026, the Prince George’s Regional Association of Student Governments (PGRASG) will nominate two students to run for election as the Student Member of the Board of Education (SMOB) for Prince George’s County Public Schools. The attached information outlines the application process for students interested in being considered as a candidate for the SMOB position. All high school principals are asked to advertise the availability of application packets.

All students who have submitted a completed application by March 19, 2026 (11:59 pm) will then stand before the nominating convention (all voting delegates of PGRASG) on March 25, 2026. The two students receiving the most votes will then proceed to the district-wide election on April 20 - 24, 2026.
