About 

The Early Childhood Special Education Programs provide services for children Birth to 5 (prior to kindergarten). 

The Infants and Toddlers Program provides services for families of children who are birth to 3 years of age with developmental delays or disabilities. Early intervention services focus on supporting families to learn ways to help their child develop through everyday activities.  Infants and Toddlers Initial Intake - Birth to 3 years old referral : If you are a resident of Prince George’s County and if your child meets eligibility criteria for early intervention, services will be offered by Prince George’s County Infants and Toddlers Program (PGCITP).  The Preschool Program provides services for children from 3 to 5 years old who qualify for special education services due to developmental delays. Services provided are based on the unique needs of each child.  Preschool Child Find-3 to 5 years old referral call 301-925-6600
