Special Education Early Childhood (Birth-5)

The Early Childhood Special Education Programs provide services for children Birth to 5 (prior to kindergarten). 

The Infants and Toddlers Program provides services for families of children who are birth to 3 years of age with developmental delays or disabilities. The Preschool Program provides services for children from 3 to 5 years old who qualify for special education services due to developmental delays. Services provided are based on the unique needs of each child.  Preschool Child Find-3 to 5 years old referral call 301-925-6600
