Welcome to SafeSchools online safety training program to train contractors on school-related safety issues. The assigned course(s) must be completed or providing contractual services in PGCPS schools.
Training for a Student Contractor
Any independent contractor, subcontractor, vendor or contracted employee who work directly with students or who are assigned duties in a school where unsupervised contact with students in that school occur on a routine basis is likely on , e.g. OT, PT, nurse, charter school employees not employed by PGCPS, etc.
Access training
Training for a Non-Student Contractor
Any independent contractor, subcontractor, vendor or contracted employee who does not work directly with students nor has been assigned duties in a school where unsupervised contact with students in that school occur on a routine basis, however, has uncontrolled access to children on a chance basis, e.g. HVAC Technician, Plumber, Construction Worker, Electrician, Printer/Copier Technician, Vending Machine, etc.
