Compliance in the Prince George's County Public School (PGCPS) system serves as a vital hub for ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal laws and regulations governing education. This includes but is not limited to laws and regulations surrounding student welfare and safety, student rights, Title IX, ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act), employee fiscal responsibilities, and other pertinent legislation.
