An annual report for each fiscal year shall be prepared, published, and made available to interested parties showing the condition, current accomplishments, and needs for improvement of the schools as well as a statement of the business and financial transactions of the Board before the end of the calendar year, over the signature of the Board Chair and Chief Executive Officer.
