Recognizing the utility of being able to track and retrieve information concerning actions taken by the Board including motions, resolutions and proclamations, all such actions shall be numbered. Further, an indexing system shall be developed and implemented, subject to Board approval, which allows Board Members and Board Staff to easily locate and track motions, resolutions and proclamations. Such an indexing system should also facilitate the Administration’s research and implementation of Board policies and decisions.
