School Leadership Development

PGCPS defines leadership as the set of skills, talents, competencies and strengths that are strategically used to articulate and implement a shared common vision, with a focus on the analysis of data, the allocation of resources, the development of human capital and the evaluation of instructional practices in a way that drives and maximizes student achievement. In Prince George’s County Public Schools, it is believed that the principal upholds and drives our shared core values.
