Our Mission

Welcome to the Data Operatations Office. The core function of this office to provide oversight and review of Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) Oracle transactions to ensure accuracy of data entry. To support divisional and departmental leadership around data tools to drive workforce planning and strategic decision-making.

Change of Address

To change your address in Oracle Employee Self-Service, log into Oracle Self-Service. Click on the "Personal Information" menu option. You will see your existing address information and a button labeled "update." Click on update to change your address. 

OR, complete the attached Change of Personal Data form. Once the form is complete, return it electronically to hr.dataquality@pgcps.org.

Name Change

To request a name change, complete the Change of Personal Data form and return it electronically along with supporting documentation to hr.dataquality@pgcps.org.

You must include supporting documentation such as a marriage license, court documents, or a form of government-issued identification (i.e. driver's license, social security card, passport) that reflects the name change.

Employee Voluntary Resignation

If you need to resign from your job in Prince George’s County Public Schools, you can submit your resignation electronically through Oracle Self-Service.

Retiring employees should contact Benefits Services at 301-952-6230. If you are retiring, you cannot use this form.
