The Prince George’s County Educators’ Association (PGCEA) Salary Schedule includes the salary range based on teaching experience and degree attainment.
Specifically, Grade represents the highest degree earned plus additional credits obtained post degree, if applicable. The Step reflects the number of years of verified teaching experience.
It should be noted that the starting salary for all conditional candidates, regardless of educational attainment, will be placed on Table A Grade 2 on the PGCEA Salary Scale.
PGCEA also has salary scales for National Board Certified Teachers (NBCT) and for National Board Certified Teachers (NBCT) High Priority schools.
