The aforementioned form may be used to transfer meal account balances between students. As well as, donate balances and funds to assist with our Lunch Loan Allowance Fund. The Lunch Loan Allowance Fund assists schools to offset families in need of assistance with meal accounts.
Please note student's meal account balances automatically carry over to the next school year. Graduating 12th-grade seniors and withdrawn students have up to one year to request meal account refunds. After such time, these funds will be transferred to the Lunch Loan Allowance Fund.
To receive a refund from your student's meal account, please submit a completed FNS Pre-paid Meal Account Refund Transfer Donation Request Form (available below). Refunds may take up to 45 business days to process.
