The Cadet Officer Leadership Program (COLP) is a specialized leadership development initiative tailored for second- and third-year cadets in PGCPS JROTC. It's designed to prepare them for higher leadership roles within their units. Participants tackle both mental and physical challenges, building essential capabilities to lead effectively, follow orders, and apply skills in hands-on scenarios.
