This course exposes students to and help them understand new and emerging technologies. The range of technological issues covered in this course can vary widely and content covered can be flexible. Topics covered may include, but are not limited to, lasers, fiber optics, robotics, and transportation technologies. Through SY 2023-24, students entering high school in Fall 2021 are not eligible for Advanced Technology Education as a completer option (see AP 6150 Educational Requirements and Options).
