Interested in working as an ELD teacher? An ELD teacher provides instruction for English Learners by developing, selecting, and modifying instructional plans and materials and presenting them using specialized techniques that meet the needs of all students. Both current Prince George’s County Public Schools employees and external candidates are welcome to apply. In order to be considered for ELD vacancies, candidates must be ELD certified or have less than 20 credits needed to obtain a standard teaching certificate or only the ELD praxis content needed to obtain ELD endorsement.
