Tanya Gan Lim is an Elementary ELD Instructional Coach and National Board Certified Teacher in English as a New Language. Ms. Gan Lim started her career as a General Education teacher and transitioned to working as an ELD teacher after completing her Master’s Degree in TESOL. Ms. Gan Lim has held various roles throughout her tenure in PGCS, including Professional Development Lead Teacher (PDLT), curriculum writer, textbook coordinator, and MS school-based teacher leader. In 2021, Ms. Gan Lim was recognized as Cooper Lane Elementary School Teacher of the Year. Ms. Gan Lim is pursuing a doctorate in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis on K-12 Leadership.
