Sabrina Steward-Salters has served as an English Language Development (ELD) Instructional Lead Teacher for the ELD office since 2014. Ms. Steward-Salters is a dedicated educator who is passionate about teaching English Language Development and cultural backgrounds to Multilingual Learners (K-12). She has over twenty years of experience in the field. Ms. Steward-Salters is committed to promoting language acquisition alongside cultural awareness and sensitivity. Prior to joining the ELD office, Ms. Steward-Salters also taught as an ELD teacher at Chillum Elementary School.
Ms. Sabrina Steward-Salters established the department’s yearly virtual ELD job fair and is our department’s human resources liaison. Ms. Steward-Salters holds an Advanced Professional Certificate with endorsements for ESOL PreK-12, Elementary Education, Technology Education, and Administration.
