Dr. Karen Irving is the English Language Development (ELD) Financial Analyst. She has over 25 years of experience in this field. Dr. Irving’s educational background includes undergraduate and graduate work at the University of Maryland at College Park, and she has also earned a doctorate from Morgan State University.
Dr. Irving is thrilled to be a part of a team that focuses on developing and delivering services and opportunities for our students, families, and teachers, utilizing our grant funds.
