Don’t wait until the back-to-school rush to ensure your child’s immunizations are current for the upcoming school year! The Prince George’s County Health Department offers flexible appointments Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., at locations in Cheverly and Laurel. 

For added convenience, the Department is also hosting evening clinics from July 8 to August 22, including select Saturdays.

Who is Eligible?

• Children aged 5 - 18 years
• Families who are uninsured, underinsured or covered by Medicaid

What to Bring

• Parent's IDChild’s ID (Birth Certificate or Passport)
• Child’s Complete Immunization Record or school exclusion letter
• Medical Assistance Card or Managed Care Organization (MCO) Insurance Card
• Proof of ResidencyProof of Income (if your child does not have insurance)
