How to withdraw a student

Steps to withdraw a student:

  • Withdrawing a student has to be done in person. 
  • The parent or guardian has to complete a withdrawal form in person at the school and must provide their photo ID.
  • The student or parent/guradian must return all PGCPS equipment (Ex. Chromebook, Charger, library books) at the time of completing the withdrawal form or take care of financial obligations.
  • The school's guidance secretary or registrar completes a withdrawal packet within 24-48 hours and sends via email to the parent's or guardian's email address or will provide the packet in-person.
