Prince George’s County Public Schools has partnered with Pear Deck Tutor to provide personalized learning support for every student. We believe that every student should have a sidekick in learning, and Pear Deck Tutor is helping us achieve that goal! With on-demand tutoring, students can access one-on-one, live tutoring and writing support anytime, anywhere.

Tutoring is available 24/7 and is accessible through the Clever Portal, providing around-the-clock learning opportunities.

The Pear Deck Tutor award-winning Lesson Space replicates all the best parts of in-person learning – including face-to-face collaboration through optional live audio and video. This is especially ideal if your student feels more confident and productive in a virtual setting!

Pear Deck Tutor’s thriving community of tutors includes thousands of certified teachers, professionals, advanced-degree holders, and other subject matter experts – all of whom have been thoroughly vetted and background-checked.

Paper and Essay Review
In addition to live tutoring sessions, students also have access to paper and essay review services through the Pear Deck Tutor Writing Lab. The community of writing tutors delivers prompt, detailed feedback on submissions within hours, helping students polish papers and hone their writing skills for future assignments. Have your student submit their next writing assignment to help them get feedback before they get graded. 

Help Your Student Get Started

To access Pear Deck Tutor, simply log on to the Clever Portal and click on the Pear Deck Tutor icon or navigate to tutor.peardeck.com/sign-in to login with the student’s username and password.  The login information was provided to each student via email. If your students do not have the username and password  information, please prompt them to use the “Forgot password” option to reset.
